A paper shopper bag with the logo is also included for you to give away.

*The items you order will be wrapped together in one package, rather than individually wrapped.

About your purchase invoice

As we are moving towards a paperless society, no delivery notes or other documents will be included with your order.

The product label sticker will be sent with the price information hidden.

Please note : We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of gift items.

・We are unable to gift wrap some large items (bags, MacBook cases, etc.) in the cloth bags mentioned above. We will send them in a paper bag with a ribbon.

・We offer two sizes of gift bags. Please note that you cannot choose the size as the gift bag will be packed according to the item you purchased.

-If you order multiple items and select gift wrapping, all items purchased will be eligible for gift wrapping.

If you would like to use multiple gift wrapping services, we ask that you place separate orders.

Depending on the number of items ordered, we may not be able to accept wrapping. In that case, our customer support will contact you.
