Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to cancel@mybonaventura.jp within 1 hour of completing your order from the email address to which you received the order completion email, with "Order Cancellation" in the subject and body of the email.
If more than one hour has passed since you placed your order, please contact us via the inquiry form and request a return.
