Your order will be delivered approximately one month after ordering.
*For pre-ordered items, it will take approximately one month from the time of arrival.

・During the Omotesando store campaign period, it will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered.
Please check with the store staff for details when purchasing.

■Notes
・The engraving font and target products of the official online shop are different from those of the Omotesando store.
・Engraving is only available for products purchased at the official online shop and Omotesando store. It is not available at other BONAVENTURA stores.
If you would like to engrave multiple items, please place separate orders for each item to prevent mistakes in the stamping.
・Engraved products cannot be purchased at the same time as regular products. Please make separate purchases for the engraved product and the regular product.
・Engraved bags are not eligible for the fitting service.
・We cannot accept changes, cancellations, returns or exchanges after an order has been confirmed. Please be sure to check the model and size of the item you have and the details of your order before placing your order.
