How to resolve display system errors on the site
If the product color is not displayed on your smartphone or PC, it may be due to cache remaining in the browser you are using.

①Google Chrome
1. Delete the open BONAVENTURA Official Online Shop tab
2. Tap the three dots on the top right (see image below)
3. Scroll down and tap "Settings"
4. Tap "Advanced Settings" > "Privacy" at the bottom
5. Tap "Delete browsing data"
6. Change the "Period" at the top to a date before the date and time you first opened the BONAVENTURA site.
7. Check "Browsing history," "Cookies and site data," and "Cached images and files."
8. Tap "Delete data" on the bottom right
②For Safari
1. Delete the open BONAVENTURA Official Online Shop tab
2. Tap "Settings" from the iPhone home screen
3. Tap Safari
4. Click "Clear History and Website Data"
5. Select "Clear History and Data"
<For PC (Google Chrome)>
1. In the upper right corner, there are three dots just like on a smartphone. Tap on them.
2. Click "Settings" at the bottom
3. Click "Advanced Settings" on the left sidebar
4. Click "Privacy and Security"
5. Click Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data
6. Set the period to something before the first time you opened the BONAVENTURA site
7. Check all the boxes
8. Click "Delete data"
