If you register the warranty using the warranty card included with the product,

The lifetime warranty is only available to customers who purchase from an authorized BONAVENTURA dealer.
This is a warranty system that provides after-sales services such as repairs.

Below are some of the services covered under our lifetime warranty.
● Replacement of hard case for diary case
As long as the leather is usable, we will replace the hard case portion as many times as necessary free of charge.
Time required: About 10 minutes
● Edge paint repair
If the edge paint has peeled off or deteriorated, we will repair it.
Time required: Approximately 3 weeks
● Leather cleaning
If the stain is simple, we can clean it with a non-alcoholic cleaner.
Time required: About 10 minutes
