[Important] To customers who have not received an order confirmation email

We have received contact from customers who use carrier email (docomo/au/softbank) and free email services such as hotmail , Yahoo Mail , and Gmail that they are unable to confirm emails from BONAVENTURA.
In that case, please check the following email settings.
■ For customers using carrier email (docomo/au/softbank)
・It has been rejected by a spam filter
If you are using a spam filter , please set it to allow emails from the domains "mybonaventura.jp", "ms. bonaventura.shop", and "mybonaventura.com".

■ Customers using free email addresses
・It's in your spam folder
It is possible that emails sent from our shop have been automatically sorted into your spam folder or trash due to your spam filter . Please check this.
You can also prevent emails from being sent to the spam folder by adjusting the filter settings for incoming emails on each free email service.
*If you use Gmail, it may have been automatically sorted into "Promotions" or similar.

There is a limit to the capacity of mailboxes on the server, and if you do not receive and delete emails regularly, your inbox will become full.
If your inbox is full, it may not accept new emails.
