How to buy

• Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your gift card code.
  You can give it as a gift by forwarding the email to the recipient.
• When purchasing a gift card, you can enter the recipient's email address and have it sent directly to them without having to forward the email.
• If you would like to include a message with the gift card, please enter your email address when purchasing the gift card.
• Once you receive the gift card email, please write your message in the email and forward it.

How to use

• [Official Online Shop] Enter the gift card code on the checkout page.
• [Omotesando store] A QR code or gift code will be displayed at checkout.

Important Notice

• Gift cards can be used at the BONAVENTURA official online shop and the Omotesando store. They cannot be used at Amazon or other department stores.
• Gift cards are issued digitally via email, so no physical cards will be shipped. Therefore, cash on delivery is not available.
• The card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue (purchase). After the expiration date, the card will become invalid and the remaining balance cannot be refunded.
