・Official online shop
Your order will be delivered approximately one month after ordering.
*For pre-ordered items, it will take approximately one month from the time of arrival.

・During the Omotesando store campaign period, it will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered.
Please check with the store staff for details when purchasing.

・Only applicable to products purchased at the official online shop and Omotesando store.
This product is not available at other BONAVENTURA stores.

・If you would like to have multiple items stamped with foil, please place separate orders and check out for each item to prevent mistakes in stamping.

・Personalized products cannot be shipped together with regular products. If you purchase multiple items, please make separate payments for the personalized products and the other products.

How to order
1 The following personalization selection screen will be displayed on the product page of the product you want during the applicable period.

2. Select your desired color (gold/silver) from "Choose foil color".

3 Enter up to three uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols (. & ☆ ♡ only) on the character input screen.
*When ordering from a smartphone, please press and hold the English keyboard and Shift (↑) before entering the information.

4 After completing your purchase, be sure to check the engraving color and text in the order confirmation email.
