[iPhone 12 Series] How to remove the smartphone

Due to the change in specifications for the iPhone 12 series, in order to improve the grip of the smartphone,
The specifications of the hard case have been changed.

As a result, it is slightly more difficult to remove the smartphone than with previous models.

We also recommend using a thin, flexible card such as a telephone card or QUO card, which is relatively easy to remove, so we hope you will also try this.

① Remove the top left part and insert a thin, flexible plastic card such as a telephone card or Quo card into the floating part.

② Slide the left side along the hard case and the iPhone body.

*There is a risk that the iPhone may fall when removed from the case.
Please make sure to test it in a stable location.

*The card you use may be damaged, so please try it with a card that you don't mind being damaged.

In the unlikely event that the hard case is damaged or there is any other defect when removing the cover, we will replace it. After registering the warranty , please contact us via the repair reception form .

In addition, we use an adhesive sheet that can be reattached repeatedly so that we can replace the hard case if it becomes damaged.

Starting with the iPhone 12 series, the area around the camera hole is glued with adhesive tape, but because the adhesive surface is thin, it will easily come off if pressure is applied.

If the sticker does come off, please try pressing the affected area firmly for around 10 seconds, which will re-adhere it.

*We have now improved it to an L-shaped adhesive sheet that avoids the area around the camera hole.
