Regarding delivery during the Obon period

Regarding orders during the Obon holiday period [ August 12th (Wednesday) at noon to August 17th (Monday) at 9:00 am ]

We are always accepting orders.

Due to the warehouse's summer closure, some products will be shipped from Amazon warehouses .

*If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately as they will be shipped from different Amazon warehouses.

Orders to be shipped after 9:00 AM on Monday, August 17, 2020

・Products that cannot be shipped from Amazon warehouses

・If you write it in the order notes when placing your order

If you would like gift wrapping

Orders that fall under the above categories will be shipped in the order they are placed.

Customer support is available from 9:30am to 6pm on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.
